We care deeply about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please review the guidelines below:

• Return Window: Products are eligible for return or replacement within 2 to 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

• To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the item

• Refund will be initiated within 48hrs(Prepaid orders) and 7 days(COD orders) once the product is received back at our facility.

Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
